The firm was established in 1978 by Aram P. Jarret Jr., Esq. Mr. Jarret has a long record of serving his community, having held positions as City Solicitor for the City of Woonsocket, Probate Court Judge for the Town of North Smithfield and selected as the first Municipal Court Judge for the Town of North Smithfield. Since 1978 the Jarret Law Firm has assisted clients in the areas of real estate transactions, estate planning, probate administration, collection activity, bankruptcy, family law, divorce and business formations. The firm expanded in 2007 when Mr. Jarret was joined by his son, Aram P. Jarret III, Esq. Aram Jarret III, licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, had built up his own practice since 1997 in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, workers' compensation, business litigation and real estate. Since 2007, the firm has grown in size and reputation for personal client service.
